helpspin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. helpspin reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time and are generally reflected in your helpspin wallet within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the remitting bank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. helpspin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
